Hello There!

Chillin & Grillin Shack is Family Run by Husband and Wife Team Marc & Daniele Adams. We have been around for 20 plus years. Our passion is food and take pride in putting out a quality product for our customers. “It’s always about the Food” is our motto at each and every cater job or event. We strive to please our customers with fresh, quality food to WOW your crowd.

Marc is the Pit Master smoking up all your favorites and Daniele makes all the homemade sides and desserts. It doesn’t stop with just BBQ options we offer many other options from Seafood, comfort food to box lunches. Back Story:

We started out doing Festivals and Catering and had a small carry-out restaurant in Varina, VA. Then we moved into two Full Service restaurants in King William, VA. & Mechanicsville, VA. We recently sold both locations in 2021 to downsize and slow things down a bit.

 

We have now settled back into a Carry-Out only restaurant in Mechanicsville,VA.We offer a full cater menu and a separate event menu and as well as a boxed lunches menu.Our big  blue food truck rolls out for festivals and and corporate functions.
